UNI Entrepreneurship Symposium Fall 2007
The John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center was pleased to present the UNI Entrepreneurship Symposium on September 26, 2007, from 3-5 p.m. in Maucker Union on the University of Northern Iowa campus. The 2007 featured speakers were successful UNI alumnae and business women. They told about the joys and sorrows of starting a business, where to go for resources and assistance, and everything else entrepreneurial.

3-4 p.m. | Keynote Linda Lundstrom Cook, CFP, Co-Owner of Gilbert & Cook Inc. A financial planner since 1989, Linda received a BA in business from UNI and earned her Certified Financial Planner designation from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, CO. She is a past president and member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Iowa. She received the 1996 Young Alumni of the Year award from UNI, serves as a board member for the UNI John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center. She is the past president for the UNI Alumni Association. Linda is married with two children and lives in Des Moines. |
